Sort the pile

This is what lands on your desk. This is what Tally needs.

Bills, bank messages, notes and emails go in as one plain message. Out come drafted entries, each one waiting for your approval.

How it works

Three steps. You hold the pen for the last one.

  1. 01

    Chat

Ask or instruct in plain English

Ask about balances, dues, GST or sales, or describe an entry the way you’d tell a colleague: “Paid Ramesh ₹12,000 for March rent.”

  2. 02

    Review

The agent drafts the exact entry

Answers come from your Tally data. For a change, you see the voucher type, every ledger, each Dr and Cr amount, and what will change.

  3. 03

    Approve

Only then is it posted to Tally

Approve it, edit it, or reject it. Nothing is written to your books until a person says yes.

Step 03 · Your decision

Connecting your Tally[PLACEHOLDER: How Tally is connected]

Try it

Ask your books.

Pick a question or an instruction. Answers show where they came from; changes arrive as drafts for you to approve.

What it can do

If you do it in Tally every day, you can ask for it.

Reading your books and recording everyday entries, through one conversation. Every change goes through an approval.

  • Ask anything about your books

Balances, dues, sales, GST and P&L. Ask the way you’d ask your accountant.

  • Human approval on every change

It drafts. You approve, edit or reject. Only then does anything reach Tally.

  • Create ledgers

Describe the party. It drafts the ledger under the right group, ready to approve.

  • Record vouchers

Sales, purchase, payment, receipt, contra and journal, from one line of plain text.

  • Stock items & inventory

Add stock items with unit, HSN and GST rate. Ask what’s on hand anytime.

  • Reports on demand

Trial balance, P&L, balance sheet, day book, GST and TDS, whenever you ask.

Your own estimate

How much keying does your month hold? Your numbers stay in your browser.

300 × 2 min ÷ 60 =10hours a month spent keying entries

Your estimate, not a guarantee. You still review and approve every entry.

Scroll through the close, from the 25th to the 5th.

Control & security

Nothing is posted without your approval.

The agent can read your books and draft changes. Only a person can approve one.

  • Approve, edit or reject every action

Every ledger, voucher and stock item is drafted first and shown to you in full. It is written to Tally only after a person approves it.
